Michael A. Tew started MT Security & Investigations after serving as a police officer for the Chula Vista Police Department for over 15 years. While working as a police office he has received the Outstanding Officer Award in 1991, the Life Saving Award in 1996 and the Auto Theft and Recovery Award in 1997 for repeated success in solving auto theft crimes, just to mention a few.
Mr. Tew is the Lead instructor of the Security Academy at Grossmont College. He is also a member of the Advisory Board at Grossmont College for the Security Academy. He was a instructor for National Training Center (NTF) under the late Ralph Scully. He has recently started Security Officer Training Center(SOTC)in memory of Ralph Scully.
Mr. Tew has been instrumental in solving many cases in the San Diego County area. He has assisted Attorneys in solving complicated cases. He prides himself in handling most of the investigative work himself. He specializes in domestic cases and criminal defense work.
Robert Tew, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Robert Tew heads up the computer Security Division and handles all computer security related work for MT Security and Investigations. During his career he has worked closely with private sector clients and with the colleges in developing and implementing strategies and security models for dealing with known and potential IT threats in network infrastructure.
As the threat to computers and networks has grown in recent years, MT is increasingly asked to assist clients in conducting Security Assessments, developing information Security Policies, designing and implementing network and host based security solutions.

Mrs. NgocLan Pham, Chief Foreign Relations
Mrs. Pham heads up the Special Events and Foreign Affairs Department. Mrs. Pham works closely with the Indo-Chinese Association as well as with the local Police Departments dealing with the Asian Community handling investigations and security accounts. She has played a key role in the Vietnamese Community in discovering information related to Vietnamese gangs and runaways.
